Cancellation & Refund Policy

We would love to host you! However, in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process ensures you receive quick confirmation and fast refunds.

Cancellation Process:
The lead name on the booking must submit a written notice to cancel the booking, either by email or by mailing our office. Once we receive the cancellation request, we will process your refund after deducting applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation Charges:
Due to the extensive organization involved in our tours, a strict cancellation fee is applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. The following charges will apply based on the notice period:

  • 30 days to 48 hours before departure – 25% of the fare

  • 48 hours to 24 hours before departure – 50% of the fare

  • Less than 24 hours before departure – 100% of the fare (No refund)

If you fail to join a tour, arrive after it has departed, or leave it before completion, no refund will be made.

Please note that the above cancellation fees are in addition to any fees charged by accommodation providers, travel agents, or third-party transport and tour operators. These third-party cancellation fees may differ and are subject to change. They are available on request from our Customer Service Team.


Return & Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking. The refund amount will be credited back to your original source (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing timelines.

In case of failed or partial payments, please contact us immediately. We will work with the payment gateway provider to ensure timely resolution.
